How Prakrriti Enterprises Got Their Digital Presence Right
When Prakrriti Enterprises approached us, they had a problem that many established businesses face — a decade of industry expertise, an impressive client portfolio, and a website that simply did not reflect either.
Founded in 2014, Prakrriti Enterprises is a Pune-based environmental engineering company with over 10 years of experience in designing, manufacturing and commissioning wastewater treatment plants across India. With 100+ plants commissioned across 7 industries — including pharmaceutical, food processing, hospitality, manufacturing and municipal sectors — Prakrriti is one of Pune's most trusted names in Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems, and Compressed Biogas (CBG) plants.
Their client list speaks for itself — Mahindra & Mahindra, Persistent Systems, Amanora Park Town, Hotel Citrus & Resorts (Mahabaleshwar), City Corporation Limited, Bobst India Pvt. Ltd., and Yoshika Engineering Pvt. Ltd. — names that demand a vendor with credibility, professionalism and a strong digital presence to match.
The old website, built on plain PHP, told a different story.
The Challenge
Prakrriti's previous website was built on a legacy PHP structure with keyword-stuffed URLs, inconsistent branding, no content management system, and zero SEO infrastructure. Every time Vinay Shinde — Prakrriti's founder and proprietor — wanted to update a photo, publish a news update or add a new project, he had to rely entirely on a developer.
More critically, the old site was running in parallel with the new one after migration — creating duplicate content that confused Google and split ranking signals across two versions of the same pages.
What We Built
Advay Tech Solutions, founded in 2023 and based in Pune, took on the full redesign and rebuild of prakrriti.com using a modern, performance-first technology stack — Laravel 12, PHP 8.2+, Tailwind CSS, and Alpine.js.
The focus was on three things: speed, SEO, and independence.
A Powerful Admin Panel
For the first time, Prakrriti's team can manage their own website without calling a developer. The custom-built admin panel allows them to:
- Update the homepage rotating banner (hero slides) with new images and headlines
- Publish blog posts and news updates with a full rich-text editor
- Upload and organise photos into gallery albums
- Add and manage events with photo galleries
- Read and respond to customer inquiries directly — with status tracking and Excel export
- Monitor website activity through a real-time dashboard
Every section of the admin panel was designed for non-technical users — plain language labels, clear save buttons, and a Published/Unpublished toggle so content can be prepared in advance and made live at the right time.
SEO From the Ground Up
The rebuild included a complete SEO infrastructure — structured schema markup, dynamic meta titles and descriptions, canonical tags, an auto-generated XML sitemap, and a carefully managed 301 redirect strategy that preserved every ranking signal from the old PHP URLs to the new clean URL structure.
Google Search Console was set up under Prakrriti's own account, with ownership verified and a fresh sitemap submitted. Google Analytics 4 was configured with India's DPDP Act compliance built in — a cookie consent banner that respects user privacy without sacrificing data quality.
The Results
Within weeks of the new site going live, the numbers told a clear story.
Google Search Console confirmed 38 pages successfully indexed, with the site ranking at Position 1 for branded searches. Organic traffic from Google grew steadily, with the site also receiving visits from Bing, Google My Business, and — notably — ChatGPT, reflecting the site's early visibility in AI-powered search.
Google Analytics 4 recorded an average session duration of 13 minutes and 40 seconds — exceptionally high for a B2B manufacturing website — alongside a 55.94% engagement rate, indicating that visitors are genuinely reading, exploring and interacting with the content rather than bouncing immediately.
The top cities driving traffic include Pune, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad and Delhi — exactly the industrial hubs where Prakrriti's services are most relevant.
